Terms of Service

Last updated: June 2026. These terms govern use of rjscode.com and any engagement with RJS s.p.

1. Who we are

RJS s.p. is a registered sole-proprietor business in Slovenia (matična 7497458000, davčna 16512871). Contact: hello@rjscode.com.

2. Scope of services

RJS s.p. provides fixed-scope software engineering services: web application development, AI integration, automation, and cloud deployment. Each engagement is defined by a written quote agreeing on deliverables, timeline, and price before work begins.

3. Quotes and payment

• All prices are agreed in writing before work starts. No work begins without a confirmed quote.
• Payment is processed exclusively via Stripe. No other payment method is accepted. Bank details or cash are not used for service payments.
• Invoices are issued as required under Slovenian tax law (ZDavPR/FURS).
• Late payments may incur statutory interest under Slovenian law.

4. Intellectual property

On full payment of the agreed fee, the client receives full ownership of all custom code, assets, and deliverables produced for their project. Open-source libraries and frameworks used remain under their respective licences. RJS s.p. retains the right to reference the project in portfolio materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RJS s.p.'s liability for any claim arising from a service engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement. RJS s.p. is not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages, loss of data, or loss of revenue.

6. Demo applications

The interactive demos on this site are provided “as is” for illustrative purposes only, without warranty of any kind — including fitness for a particular purpose or accuracy of AI-generated output. AI-generated content may be incomplete, inaccurate, or out of date and should not be relied upon as professional, legal, financial, or medical advice.

7. Payments in demos — Stripe only

Where demos include a payment feature (e.g. the YT Analyzer rate-limit unlock), all transactions are processed by Stripe. RJS s.p. does not handle, store, or see card details.

• Rate-limit unlock (€1): grants 24 h of extended access to the demo. This is a digital service consumed immediately upon payment. By completing the purchase you acknowledge and agree that the EU 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply, as the digital content is provided immediately with your explicit consent.
• Donations: voluntary contributions to support the project. Donations are non-refundable. No goods or services are provided in exchange for a donation beyond the satisfaction of supporting independent open work.

8. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Slovenia. Any dispute shall first be attempted to be resolved by direct communication. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in Slovenia.

9. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated. The “last updated” date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
